The year was 1976, life couldn't have been better for the group of Gryffindor boys known as the Marauders. They ruled the school and no one could touch them. The students of the school were all as seemingly excited about living life as they knew it, but the teachers and other adults in the Wizarding World knew of the real horrors happening all around them.
Voldemort was gaining more and more followers, adults and teens like the kids themselves. The attacks were growing larger and closer together. The victims were singled out, or sometimes entire families were targeted, but the attacks stayed away from the school for the time being. The students heard rumors, but not much more, the staff made sure of that.
Inside the school, life continued as it was supposed to, or would it? The staff, students nor other members of the world couldn't be sure. The Marauders did the best they could to keep their chins up, and rule the school as they always had.
And, as it were, things aren't as they seem. Even the Dark Lord can make mistakes, and come Halloween, he's made a grave mistake that could change everything. One simple spell has pulled the future into the past, and those from the year 1995 are now turning up in this era. How will those effect cope? Only time will tell.
